The value of removing myself from all the daily distractions and focusing during the two-day training sessions with Don Buddy to not only get an absolute clear understanding of the entire system and the proper application of its pieces, but also to capture all the unique transitional phrases. This has enabled me to take my practice, training other producers, to a whole new level.

I would have to say the experience of participating in the Mentoring Program gave me the confidence and the process made me a better advisor through the wisdom and knowledge I gained from Don and the other members in my group. Education is expensive but not nearly as expensive as the people I couldn’t help because I couldn’t communicate clearly with both the husband and the wife. The mentor program has been the best investment of my time and money in the 25 yrs that I have been in the insurance industry. The lost opportunity cost of not taking this course is far greater than tuition.

I heard about the Mentor Program while attending COW College and I knew right away that I wanted to get into the program as soon as possible.
